"Francis and the team at Insight PS resurfaced my backyard this week (it's a terraced house in Gorse Hill, Stretford). Can't give them anything other than 5 stars. The space has been completely transformed from what it was previously. The prior owners of the house had dug the backyard surface up to put decking in, then abandoned the job halfway through. So the whole area was left unlevel and just covered over with cheap black foam tiles to create a makeshift surface. Francis visited the property. Measured everything up. Looked a what needed to be done with the drainage. Then he talked me through the different options available in terms of the block paving colour schemes. Once I had chosen a colour, I quickly received a written quote for the job. The thing that impressed me the most was the speed that the work was completed in. After paying the deposit, the work was arranged to take place the next week. I was sure it'd take multiple days to complete given the extensive nature of the work that needed to be done. But the whole thing was completed, with a new drainage system in a single day. The finished job looks spot on. And the guys who worked on the backyard knew exactly what they were doing. The whole thing ran like clockwork. Would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone else in Manchester or Liverpool who needs similar work done."

3. Concrete Haunched Edge Restraints
Paving only stays locked tight if the outer kerbs and border courses cannot spread sideways. We bed all perimeter blocks onto a solid concrete base and haunch the backs with concrete before screeding the sharp sand bed or laying resin-bound aggregate.
4. Tidy Site Habits & Clear Timelines
A typical residential driveway or patio installation takes 3 to 7 working days. We use timber boards to protect grass, use water suppression when disc-cutting stone, organise grab lorries or skips promptly, and sweep down the pavement every evening before heading home.
